## Summary

Being concerned about promoting sustainable mobility solutions for a more sustainable world, BEFIMMO was looking for a partner capable of **implementing and operating a high-quality electric bike service for the employees of its numerous tenants**.

Four of their buildings are now equipped with the HOOBA service. An easy-to-use shared mobility where all tenants can borrow an electric bike for free via their smartphone to reach their next appointment 🚲

#### ADVICE & SUPPORT

HOOBA offered the client various bike models based on their preferences. Once the selection is made, HOOBA takes care of everything: financing, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.

#### IMPLEMENTATION

The bikes are equipped with smart locks that facilitate sharing, reservation, and bike management by HOOBA.

#### SUPERVISION

Preventive visits and the mobile intervention service ensure a continuous comfort of use for the service beneficiaries.

#### COMFORT

The client checks the usage statistics every month through their portal, and HOOBA is always available to assist with management.

## Implementation

After **several exchanges** with the client, we started by** implementing a pilot project** at the company's headquarters, which had just relocated. **Satisfied with the solution, the bikes, and the responsiveness of the teams**, BEFIMMO **increased the number of bikes** at the first site and implemented **new fleets **at 3 other buildings.
