We are looking for a Fleet Officer to strengthen our team in order to support the operational excellence of our activities.

Fleet Officer
Are you passionate about active mobility and motivated by hands-on technical work in the field? Do you enjoy riding through the city by bike while ensuring that users enjoy a flawless experience? If so, here’s a great opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up and directly contribute to the quality and reliability of HOOBA’s e-bike and e-step fleets.
As a Fleet Officer, you will report directly to the Fleet Manager and play a key role in keeping our vehicles in top condition, making you an ambassador of the quality and commitment that HOOBA delivers to its clients and users.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs of e-bikes and e-steps across different client sites.
- Travel by bike between client locations to perform on-site interventions.
- Diagnose technical issues and ensure vehicles remain safe, functional, and enjoyable to use, in line with our quality standards.
- Keep records of interventions, parts used, and the condition of vehicles up to date.
- Assemble, prepare, and deliver new vehicles in collaboration with the Fleet Manager.
- Work independently within your scope while respecting our quality standards.
- Use our digital tools (mobile apps, web platforms, fleet management systems) to track vehicles, report interventions, and contribute to the smooth running of the shared mobility service.
- Interact with users and clients, providing support and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Skills and experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and/or electromechanics (experience with bikes is a strong asset).
- Manual skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Passion for cycling and enjoying daily outdoor work.
- High motivation to learn and grow in the field of mobility.
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Ease in using mobile applications and web platforms to manage daily tasks.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
- Previous experience in a technical, maintenance, or mobility-related role is a plus.

We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to support our growth and help us better meet the needs of our clients and users.

Customer Success Officer
Are you comfortable interacting with users/clients and handling customer support tasks in an organized and structured way? Are you passionate about active mobility? If so, here’s a great opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up and shape the future of mobility with us.
As a Customer Success Officer, you’ll work closely with the Marketing & Customer Success Manager to carry out all Customer Success activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful onboarding and activation of our new fleets and providing support to our users and clients throughout the way.
Key responsibilities
Client Success (45%):
- Lead client onboarding, create and maintain customer portals, and ensure clear communication of usage guidelines.
- Monitor key statistics and support sales with activation materials.
- Maintain up-to-date product and pricing lists in the CRM, and manage billing and payment follow-up.
User Success (45%):
- Ensure user onboarding success and implement improvements to streamline the process (communication, mailing, automation, on-site presence, etc.).
- Provide multi-channel user support (tickets, email, WhatsApp, phone), covering usage questions, onboarding assistance, technical issues, and incident reporting.
- Ensure fleet safety and availability by monitoring rides, identify anomalies, and coordinate with users, clients, or colleagues to resolve issues.
- Manage the relationship with the fleet insurer, including contract creation, compliance, and follow-up.
HOOBA representation (10%):
- Actively participate in trade shows, events, on site animation, etc. to represent us and expand our visibility.
Skills and experience
- Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus
- Enjoy direct contact with users and clients, creating positive and lasting interactions
- Highly organized and structured, able to manage recurring support tasks efficiently
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Motivated to transform the way people move
- Comfortable in a start-up environment
