    • The main tracking cookie for visitors.

    • This cookie tracks a visitor's identity. It is passed to HubSpot when a form is submitted and is used when deduplicating contacts.

    • It is used to determine if HubSpot should increase the session number and the timestamp data in the __hstc cookie.
    • It contains the domain, the number of views (increases with each session), with the session start timestamp.

    • When HubSpot modifies the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has reset their browser.
    • In the absence of this cookie when HubSpot processes cookies, the session is considered new.
    • It contains the value "1" when present.
