Summary
Being concerned about promoting sustainable mobility solutions for a more sustainable world, BEFIMMO was looking for a partner capable of implementing and operating a high-quality electric bike service for the employees of its numerous tenants.
Four of their buildings are now equipped with the HOOBA service. An easy-to-use shared mobility where all tenants can borrow an electric bike for free via their smartphone to reach their next appointment 🚲

BEFIMMO wanted to implement a soft mobility solution for :
Facilitating the occupants' travels during the workday
Reducing the impact of activities on the environment
Providing quality service to its tenants without generating internal complexity
Solutions and strategies
ADVICE & SUPPORT
HOOBA offered the client various bike models based on their preferences. Once the selection is made, HOOBA takes care of everything: financing, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.
IMPLEMENTATION
The bikes are equipped with smart locks that facilitate sharing, reservation, and bike management by HOOBA.
SUPERVISION
Preventive visits and the mobile intervention service ensure a continuous comfort of use for the service beneficiaries.
COMFORT
The client checks the usage statistics every month through their portal, and HOOBA is always available to assist with management.
Implementation
After several exchanges with the client, we started by implementing a pilot project at the company's headquarters, which had just relocated. Satisfied with the solution, the bikes, and the responsiveness of the teams, BEFIMMO increased the number of bikes at the first site and implemented new fleets at 3 other buildings.
