The 5 bicycles were equipped with smart locks, enabling the client to benefit from the management system provided by HOOBA, which facilitates bike sharing and reservation.

The preventive visits and mobile intervention service ensure a continuous comfort of use for the service beneficiaries.

HOOBA also performed the customization of the bicycles with the client's branding.

Implementation

After reviewing the specifications and specific needs, a tailored proposal was submitted. Once the contract was awarded, we had discussions with the client's representative to finalize the details. The customized bikes with la Haute Ecole's branding were delivered a few weeks later, along with the requested accessories: helmets and transport bags. These bikes were delivered to the 3 campuses, and HOOBA participated in various launch events organized by the client to introduce the new service to their employees.
