ADVICE & SUPPORT

HOOBA offered the client various bike models based on their preferences. Once the selection is made, HOOBA takes care of everything: financing, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.

IMPLEMENTATION

The bikes are equipped with smart locks that facilitate sharing, reservation, and management of the bikes by HOOBA.

SUPERVISION

Preventive visits and the mobile intervention service ensure continuous comfort of use for the service beneficiaries.

CUSTOMIZATION

HOOBA takes care of customizing the new bikes with the client's logo. Existing pool bikes have also been equipped and personalized to create a uniform fleet.

COMFORT

The client checks the usage statistics every month through their portal, and HOOBA is always available to assist with management.

SIBELGA organized a "Bike Day" for the launch of the new service, during which HOOBA was present to accompany the first users.

Implementation

After deciding to set up a fleet of 5 HOOBA electric bikes for its employees, a preliminary visit was conducted at SIBELGA's site by a member of the HOOBA team. The situation was analyzed to prepare for the implementation.
SIBELGA's priorities were to integrate the existing bikes into the new fleet, customize the entire fleet, and be ready for the already scheduled staff bike day.
Despite the tight timeline, HOOBA made every effort to deploy the solution and be present on this launch day.
